工作原理

進(jìn)料螺旋輸送機(jī)將儲(chǔ)存于原料倉的粉體物料，用電腦控制以固定的流量進(jìn)入進(jìn)料管，而在進(jìn)入分級(jí)機(jī)前，粉體物料會(huì)與風(fēng)機(jī)的主氣流充分混合，充滿物料的主氣流先進(jìn)入分級(jí)機(jī)下部的蝸殼，運(yùn)用蝸殼結(jié)構(gòu)將進(jìn)入蝸殼的氣流改變運(yùn)動(dòng)方向，形成漩渦，在漩渦力的作用下，使進(jìn)入下殼體的主氣流變成螺旋上升氣流，在離心力的作用下對(duì)粉體物料進(jìn)行預(yù)分級(jí)，較粗顆粒粉體會(huì)先行分出，沒有進(jìn)入下殼體而從分級(jí)機(jī)底部落下的粗顆粒粉體，即為分級(jí)后的下品。

次氣流則由下殼體的下方吸入，并且粗粉中再選出剩余的細(xì)粉。其余的含更細(xì)粉體的氣流則被帶入后分級(jí)區(qū)，分級(jí)出口裝有3個(gè)或者多個(gè)分級(jí)輪的自動(dòng)分級(jí)機(jī)進(jìn)行選粉工作。粉體在此分級(jí)區(qū)中，收到離心力、流體阻力、以及自身的重力作用下，大于分級(jí)輪收束點(diǎn)的粉體則會(huì)被送回下殼體，小于收束點(diǎn)的粉體則隨著氣流帶出分級(jí)機(jī)，風(fēng)機(jī)將氣體中的細(xì)粉自分級(jí)機(jī)帶出，經(jīng)脈沖式除塵器收集為成品，部分氣體會(huì)從設(shè)備的排風(fēng)管中排出進(jìn)入大氣，其余空氣則被循環(huán)使用作為主氣流，以維持整個(gè)分級(jí)系統(tǒng)可以正常運(yùn)行。由脈沖式除塵器收集的細(xì)粉，及下殼體中的粗粉，會(huì)通過氣力輸送系統(tǒng)，根據(jù)其產(chǎn)品細(xì)度而運(yùn)送到指定的不同的成品倉中，成品倉下方放置包裝機(jī)進(jìn)行包裝。
