◎ 工藝特性/ Properties of the Process
該機設計先進，密閉式連續生產，產品研磨分散細度均勻、品質好，生產效率高。物料在密閉狀態下生產，有效防止了物料的干涸結皮和溶劑揮發。雙端面機械密封，雙重保護，零泄漏。全新動態分離結構，出料更加暢快，而且易損件少
配有外筒移動拆裝支架，拆裝、維修十分方便。送料泵采用齒輪泵或氣動隔膜泵，送料大小調節方便，工作性能可靠。另外臥式砂磨機不用專門的安裝基礎，可以隨時根據需要變更安裝位置。
